Description
The ILAT55 mobile oil-fired radiant heater works by infrared radiation: its heating action creates a radiant comfort zone at 20 °C of about 12 m² in front of the unit, whatever the ambient temperature, outdoors or in ventilated premises. Catalytic radiation reduces heat losses to almost nothing, for an efficiency close to 100%, with no air movement and no noise nuisance. The unit catalyses combustion residues, dehumidifies the radiated area and heats economically, zone by zone. It accepts three fuels — heating oil, kerosene and diesel — with low consumption of around 3 L/h. It delivers a heat output of 40 kW, has a 46 L tank and a vertical tilt adjustment of up to 30°, to aim the heat precisely where it is needed.
