AIRLAT

AIRLAT is a French designer and manufacturer of equipment intended for the wood industry: biomass heating, adiabatic cooling, ventilation and protection against dust. Based in Fécamp, Normandy (164 route de Valmont), the company was founded in 2004 and is run by Florent Harang. Its activity falls under engineering and technical studies, and it designs its own equipment, which it markets under several proprietary brands: AIRLAT for multi-energy heating, ECOPOLY for biomass, ECOFRESH for adiabatic cooling and ventilation, as well as METALPAC for industrial sanitation equipment. The core business of AIRLAT is the recovery of wood waste as a source of heat. Its ECOPOLY 2 hot air generators burn untreated wood and plant debris (wood offcuts, pallets, cardboard) to heat workshops, dryers, offices or shops, offering a supplementary heating solution that pays for itself through the reduction of waste disposal costs. The company offers air distribution studies on request to adapt its installations to each site. The range includes ECOPOLY 2 biomass generators (ECP50.2 and ECP100.2 models), fixed and mobile industrial heaters (oil and gas burners, unit heaters, radiant tubes), ECOFRESH adiabatic cooling systems, as well as, under the METALPAC brand, paint booths, sanding dust extraction booths and tables, and centralized extraction systems. The company states that it designs its equipment in accordance with the French manufacturing standards in force, with the protective grilles of its generators meeting NF occupational safety standards.
