WoodPartners was born in 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, when the world of professional trade shows came to a sudden halt and left wood professionals without a solution.
Yves Samama, head of the press group Bois News Media, the leader in specialized wood-industry media in France, imagined a web platform that would serve as a virtual trade show for the whole industry until things returned to normal. And so WoodPartners was born.
What started as a temporary alternative has become the go-to tool for professionals in the wood industry, used today by more than 800 professionals.
