1. Nature of the platform
WoodPartners is a digital platform dedicated to the timber industry. The e-exhibitor (or participant) may take out a subscription for a term of one (1) year. The annual subscription includes one additional update of the company page (or e-stand) during the year.
The terms on which the WoodPartners platform is published (in particular the date or period of publication) are determined by WoodPartners and may be amended at its initiative.
The e-exhibitor undertakes to comply with, and to ensure compliance with, the requirements set out in the technical specification provided to them. WoodPartners shall incur no liability where it applies the provisions of these general rules.
2. Participation
WoodPartners determines the categories of exhibitors and draws up the classification of the products and/or services presented. Following review, WoodPartners may refuse or exclude any products or services that do not correspond to the purpose of the platform.
Should the e-exhibitor withdraw for any reason whatsoever, the sums paid and/or still owed in respect of the purchase of the e-stand shall remain the property of the organiser.
If an e-exhibitor fails to supply in time the material required to create their company page (or e-stand) before the platform goes live, the subscription shall nevertheless run and may not give rise to any reduction in respect of the period lost, the delay being attributable to the e-exhibitor.
3. Financial participation
The price of the e-stand is set by WoodPartners and may be revised by WoodPartners at any time. The standard offers are set out below (prices exclusive of VAT).

Registration with WoodPartners includes a “Focus” feature in the newsletter of the first month of the subscription. The annual subscription renews automatically. To terminate your subscription, a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt must be sent at least two (2) months before the anniversary date.
E-exhibitors who already subscribe may update their e-stand: one additional update per year is included in the subscription. Further updates are available subject to technical fees of €150 excl. VAT.
4. Payment terms
Payment for the e-stand and for any ancillary services is made as follows:
- 50% on booking.
- The balance when the e-stand goes live, upon receipt of the invoice.
Any failure to comply with the payment deadlines or terms entitles WoodPartners to apply the provisions set out in the “Participation” article (exclusion, retention of sums paid, etc.).
