The Athletes’ Village

SAVARE supplied 20,000 m² of load-bearing timber frame walls for 12 family housing blocks, 3 of them six and seven storeys high, in the Athletes’ Village at Saint-Ouen (93).

Six separate architecture practices designed this fine project. Eiffage Construction Habitat and Eiffage Construction Résidentiel built it for the clients Eiffage Immobilier and Nexity.

SAVARE filed 5 experimental technical assessments for the manufacture of the timber frame walls on this project. 80% of the timber used comes from French forests and 90% is FSC or PEFC certified.
