Description
KEIM Lignosil-Verano is a mineral stain based on sol-silicate for exterior wooden facades and cladding. It gives the wood a greyed, weathered appearance from application and helps to reduce visual differences between exposed and sheltered areas. Its colour chart offers natural shades, light and deep greys as well as metallic effects. The finish depends in particular on the wood, its exposure and the number of coats applied. With a matt appearance and non-film-forming, Lignosil-Verano is applied in one or two coats, including by an industrial coating process. Its transparency can be adjusted with KEIM Lignosil-Verano-DL. The product is certified Cradle to Cradle Certified® Full Scope Silver, Material Health Gold and Circularity Silver according to version 5.0, and bears the Blue Angel DE-UZ 12a label. Lignosil-Verano is a decorative stain: it does not constitute water protection compliant with the NF EN 927-2 standard.
