Bay windows built to last

In the English Midlands, the owners of this house replaced their old PVC windows with three Accoya bay windows in order to bring character back to their facade. Accoya gave them complete design freedom, with custom mouldings to create the bay window of their dreams: two sets with angled sides and a third, smaller one with straight sides, all with individual casements. The approved manufacturer Midland Joinery Services Ltd, convinced that no other timber behaves as well over time, used around 1.5 m³ of Accoya supplied by the distributor James Latham from its Dudley depot. The windows were fully finished in the factory with a white Remmers coating, guaranteeing up to 10 years without maintenance. The project was completed in June 2021.
