Brown Accoya deck and elegance at the poolside

In Switzerland, this project turns a private garden into a genuine oasis through a brown-toned Accoya deck that harmoniously wraps a 7.50 x 3.50 m stainless steel infinity pool, equipped with a counter-current swimming system, LED lighting and a heat pump. An elegant wave-shaped privacy screen, also in Accoya, completes the scheme and combines comfort with good looks. The project brought together several partners: Formare GmbH for the deck and the screen, Vivell Schwimmbadtechnik for the pool, the landscape architect Guido Syfrig and Staub Marcel Gartenbau for the outdoor works, with the timber supplied by Holzpur AG. Accoya was chosen for its exceptional durability and its dimensional stability, ideal in the damp environment around a pool, as well as for its natural thermal insulation, pleasant underfoot. From renewable resources and needing little maintenance, it embodies here the fusion of luxury and sustainability.
