Altripan NV is a Belgian importer and distributor of plywood panels and other wood-based panels. Founded in 1968, the company is headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, where it has built up around five decades of expertise in selecting and importing panels. Its logistics organization relies on warehouses at the Port of Antwerp and in Tilbury, United Kingdom, which serve as distribution platforms to continental Europe, the United Kingdom and Ireland. As an independent importer, Altripan selects its panels from producers around the world and manages its logistics chain to deliver to its professional customers. The company places plywood at the heart of its business and states that it controls material traceability, from the origin of the wood through to the purchase of the panels. The catalog covers a wide range of panels: structural and hardwood plywood, interior fit-out panels, marine plywood, MDF, OSB, particle boards, melamine-faced and veneered panels, as well as specialized references such as formwork panels (Duroform and Duroply series), anti-slip panels, Hardwood-Combi panels and Altri Prime pre-lacquered panels. The species processed include birch, poplar, pine and okoumé, among others. Altripan positions its activity within a sustainability approach: more than 90% of its offering consists of certified material from responsible sources. It relies on FSC and PEFC certifications, imports under a FLEGT license and declares compliance with the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), highlighting circular construction and wood from sustainably managed forests.
