B-Fix

B-Fix is a Belgian manufacturer of invisible fastening systems for wooden and composite decks and cladding. Based in Bierges, Belgium, the company has been designing, producing, and distributing its fastening solutions since the early 2000s. It is a craft-sized structure that claims more than fifteen years of activity in outdoor joinery and fastening, with production presented as carried out almost exclusively in Belgium and entirely in Europe. The company claims distribution in more than thirty countries and several million square meters of decks and cladding already installed. B-Fix’s core business is installation with no visible screws. The company has developed and patented a fastening clip system (patent IP 1.452.665) that holds boards from the side, allows air to circulate under the decking, and permits wood expansion thanks to the spring effect of stainless steel. The system is intended to be compatible with many materials: exotic woods, local species, thermally treated woods, composite, and bamboo. The range includes several lines of clips and accessories, including B-Fix One, B-Fix Connect, B-Fix Black One, B-Fix Border, as well as WoodDeck and AluDeck support structures. The company also offers an illuminated LED composite board, the Led-Board. The clips are sold in boxes including self-drilling screws and a screwdriver bit. On the technical side, B-Fix highlights stainless steel clips resistant to outdoor conditions and the protection of several patents. Stainless steel 301 is highlighted for its spring effect ensuring the self-regulation of expansion joints.
