Cursal S.r.l. is an Italian manufacturer of crosscutting and optimization machines for woodworking. Based in San Fior, in the province of Treviso (Veneto), the company is a family business run by the Curtolo family, active in the sector for over 48 years. It designs, manufactures, installs and provides after-sales service for its equipment, and claims more than 4,600 machines installed worldwide, with France among its markets. Cursal’s core business is cutting and optimizing wood in small, medium and large sections. The company presents itself as the Italian manufacturer offering the widest variety of crosscutting solutions, whether standard or customized, and develops its software in-house for optimization lines. The range includes optimizers (belt, roller, push), fast semi-automatic crosscut saws, single or pack, as well as special crosscut saws. In addition, there are automatic loading and unloading systems (with grippers or suction cups) and various accessories. This equipment is aimed at sawmills, manufacturers of flooring, joinery, doors and packaging. Cursal offers tailor-made configurations adapted to the needs of each customer, from SMEs to large companies, and states that it selects the materials used to build its machines.
