ROCKET

Rocket is a French brand of fastening screws for wood and chipboard, intended for building professionals. A brand of the Vynex group, Rocket has designed and developed its screws since 1995 and celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2025. The research-and-development department is located in the Ardennes (08), where the company has relocated a significant part of its production to its site in Thelonne, following an investment of more than three million euros. Rocket made its name with the first anti-splitting screw, whose geometry makes it easier to drive into wood while limiting the risk of breakage. The technical features highlighted include six grooves under the head for self-countersinking, a double-cone head for break resistance and an inclined thread that improves pull-out resistance. The brand primarily targets carpenters, joiners and building companies. The catalog covers a wide range: wood and chipboard screws, framing screws, decking screws, cladding screws, hinge screws, flooring screws, lag screws and accessories, available in several finishes (zinc-plated steel, bichromate, A2 stainless steel for damp or exterior environments). Several references are designed for hardwoods and exotic woods. Several screw categories (wood, framing, decking, lag screws) carry CE marking. Production is partly carried out in France, at the company's Ardennes site.
