SOLIDOR

Solidor is a Belgian manufacturer of adjustable pedestals for wood, composite and ceramic or concrete-slab terraces. Based in Wevelgem, in Belgium, the company is a family business founded in 1978 by Bernard and Monique Dejans, who first developed the production of adjustable terrace pedestals then invested in plastic-profile extrusion. Their sons Emmanuel and Olivier Dejans, who joined in 1984 and 1990 respectively, took over management in 2007. The business was then structured around several entities (Solidor, Rubidor, Dextr), with production carried out locally in Belgium. A pioneer of adjustable pedestals since 1978, Solidor designs raising and levelling systems for outdoor terraces. Its expertise covers plastic injection and extrusion, with modular solutions that make it possible to make up heights ranging from a few centimeters to more than a meter, designed for stability, wind resistance and drainage. The catalog includes adjustable pedestals for wood and composite as well as for concrete and ceramic slabs (PR, Comfort, Lumisol, Firesol ranges), complemented by joists, aluminium supports (Structusol), edging and drainage profiles, self-levelling spacers (Crix), structural slabs and a gravel stabilizer. The company also offers an online configurator to size projects. Solidor makes its pedestals from recycled plastics and frames its production within a circular-economy approach aimed at limiting waste, down to recycled packaging. The company obtained an EcoVadis assessment in 2024.
