Termolegno

Termolegno is an Italian manufacturer of wood kilns and wood heat-treatment installations. Located in Rauscedo, in the province of Pordenone (Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, in north-east Italy), the company has existed since 1994. Its manufacturing is entirely carried out at its Rauscedo site, where it claims “100% Made in Italy” design and production. Its organization combines the work of engineers, technicians and craftsmen with automated processes. Its core business is the design and production of wood-drying and treatment equipment, with a strong specialization in kilns and steaming chambers. Termolegno presents itself as one of the leading manufacturers of primary-processing kilns and favors bespoke solutions, adapted to the species worked, the treatment cycle, the energy source and the customer's operating conditions. The range covers eight families of kilns: conventional, tunnel, pre-drying, steaming, high-temperature (HT) for heat treatment to ISPM 15 standards, combined, continuous and high energy efficiency. The announced capacities range from 20 to 500 m³. The chambers are built from aluminium-magnesium panels with glass-wool insulation and controlled by a dedicated electronic control unit. Termolegno highlights an approach geared toward energy saving and reduced environmental impact: heat-recovery systems offering up to 35% energy saving, frequency inverters, proportional electronic regulation and high-pressure humidification limiting water consumption. The company has no known product certification (ISO, CE).
