Preamble
These General Terms of Use ("GTU") govern the legal framework for the provision of the site and services by WoodPartners and define the conditions of access and use of services by the "User".
These GTU are accessible at any time on the site under the "GTU" section. Any registration or use of the site implies unconditional acceptance of these GTU by the User.
Upon registration via the online form, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these GTU by checking the following box: "I acknowledge having read and understood the GTU and I accept them".
If the User does not accept the GTU, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site. WoodPartners reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTU at any time.

- Ergonomic presentation of products and services offered by exhibitors.
- Direct connection with professional and certified suppliers in the timber industry.
- Direct and simultaneous submission of quote requests for presented products.
- Access to technical information, news, and editorial content related to the timber industry.
Access to the site is free for any User with an Internet connection. All costs related to such access (hardware, software, connection) are borne by the User.
Reserved spaces (exhibitors, subscribed members) require prior registration. The User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information upon registration. Login credentials and passwords are personal and confidential; any fraudulent use is the User's responsibility.
A registered User may request unsubscription from their personal account; this will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
WoodPartners reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete any user account in case of non-compliance with these GTU or behavior contrary to the terms of use.
In case of maintenance, updates, or force majeure, access to the site may be temporarily interrupted without liability on the part of WoodPartners. The User accepts that the publisher shall not be held responsible for interruptions or suspensions of service, even without prior notice.
