Cosytech

Cosytech is a French general contracting company specializing in timber construction, based in Taverny, in the Val-d'Oise. Founded in 2019 by Lionel Neveu, president, the company has expanded in the Île-de-France region, where it has notably already won public contracts such as the school extension for the E. Glay after-school group or the construction and extension of classrooms within the Nanteuil school group in Montreuil, in the timber-frame and timber-structure lots. Cosytech’s core business is the construction of timber-framed buildings, in glued laminated timber and CLT panels, through a human-scale organization made up of engineers and technicians. The company handles the entire production chain in-house: structural studies, execution drawings, prefabrication, and installation of all its works. The company operates in five application areas: public buildings, commercial buildings, multi-family housing, single-family housing, as well as extensions and vertical extensions, with the lightness of timber structures making them suitable for any type of project. Cosytech highlights the advantages of timber framing: fast studies, reduced foundation costs, quick assembly, dry construction, 30 minutes to 1 hour fire resistance in standard designs, and a regulated and controlled product. Cosytech has carried out projects in Montigny-lès-Cormeilles, Cubzac-les-Ponts, Montrouge, Paris and Clichy, in the public, commercial, and housing sectors, both multi-family and single-family.
