Strengths & Features • Modularity and Variable Capacity: The grid-patterned tubular-structure platen is extendable, allowing formats ranging from 1400 mm × 2000 mm up to 3000 mm × 3000 mm (MBR150 model) to be handled. • Work Ergonomics: Height adjustment by pneumatic cylinder (from 950 mm to 1250 mm from the floor) to perfectly adapt to the operator's size and the operation in progress. • Easy Handling: Manual 360° rotation with pneumatic brake and indexing at the 4 cardinal points for total access to the workpiece. • Vertical Lifting: Platen tilt up to 83° by pneumatic control (pedal or console) for a smooth transition to the glazing or storage stages. • Profile Protection: Worktop equipped with half-round polyamide profiles (brush, felt or rubber options available) to guarantee the integrity of your finishes. Technical Characteristics (depending on model) • Payload: Up to 150 kg (MBR150) or 50 kg (MBR50). • Available options: Retractable roller bench, anti-tipping system, glue drawer, joint dispensers and lateral supports with shock absorbers for striking the uprights. • Synchronization: Possibility of coupling two tables for assembling very large formats such as sliding bays from 3 to 8 meters.
