Description

ARMINIUS texturing brushes for brushing and texturing solid timber and veneer on stationary and CNC machines. System with a fixed base body and interchangeable inserts (steel wire, brass, synthetic bristles) allowing many texture variations in a single set-up. Three shapes: cylindrical brush (diameter 50-250 mm, height 20-3000 mm), angle brush (diameter 80-300 mm, angle 10-80°) and flat rotary brush (diameter 80-300 mm), HSK-63F or cylindrical shank mounting. Brass/steel bristles for aggressive finishes on hardwood, synthetic bristles for softwood (oak, beech). HighSpeed version for high-speed spindle moulders. Open, self-cooling design (bristle life almost doubled) and a base body that can be reused both for texturing and for sanding.
