Description

The Blitz PowerBrusher grays off, cleans and sands in a single pass, with productivity of up to 35 m² per hour. No drying time is required: oiling or applying a saturator can follow the treatment immediately, and a second pass on site is most often unnecessary. Its special brush, with a polypropylene cylinder and nylon fibers loaded with abrasive, is available in grits P46, P60 and P80 to cover everything from very hard exotic woods to softwoods. A 2.2 kW single-phase motor provides the brushing, while a second 1.2 kW motor powers the extraction of fine dust. The cast aluminum structure and properly sized bearings ensure a long service life. A 19 kg counterweight, available as an accessory, increases the working pressure. The machine requires only minimal maintenance.
