Description
The Eberl Air Classic HC container turns an insulated container, new or reconditioned, into a heat treatment chamber for packaging timber. The inner walls and floor, in stainless steel or aluminium, provide very good insulation; at the factory they are fitted with fans, heating coils and climate measurement. Once the load has been brought in on rails, side fans push the air through the hot water or electric coils and distribute it evenly over the full length. The load is heated until it meets the requirements of ISPM No. 15 heat treatment, backed by an automatic record. Two standard sizes are offered, 6 m and 12 m containers, with front or rail loading and special dimensions available. Control is through a touch panel, PC supervision and smartphone operation.
