Description
The Eberl Air Classic TC drying container turns an insulated container, new or reconditioned, into a compact and economical timber kiln. Inner walls and floor, in stainless steel or aluminium, guarantee excellent insulation; at the factory the box is fitted with fans, heating coils, a spraying device, an extraction fan, fresh air flaps as well as climate and timber moisture measurement. Once the load has been brought in on a wagon, the side fans push the air through the hot water or electric coils and distribute it evenly over the full length of the chamber, for uniform drying. Two standard formats, 6 m and 12 m, are available, with front or rail loading and special dimensions on request. Control is through a touch panel, with PC supervision and remote operation by smartphone.
