Kilns
Description
The Eberl Air Classic TC-WP drying container takes up the insulated container kiln principle and adds a heat pump. Once the load has been brought in on a wagon, the side fans push the air through the hot water or electric coils and distribute it over the full length of the chamber. Heat pump condensation regulates the drying climate precisely while supplying the heat required, which sharply reduces consumption. A counterflow exchanger can also be added: the warm, moist exhaust air efficiently preheats the fresh air, these fresh air / exhaust air versions standing out for their speed, their consistency and their low running costs. Two standard sizes of 6 m and 12 m are offered, with special lengths from 6 to 18 m available. Control is through a touch panel, PC supervision and smartphone operation.
