Description
The Eberl V-Comfort vacuum kiln is designed for timber merchants and sawmills wishing to dry large quantities, including hardwoods and construction timber. It is generally connected to an external heating installation and requires no water connection, the condensate being reused for spraying. Lowering the pressure lowers the boiling point of water: drying becomes fast and gentle, with low thermal and electrical energy requirements. Economical central fans provide uniform, reversible cross-ventilation over the full length of the chamber, with no differentiated climate zones and no moisture pockets. Control is through a simple touch panel, with visualisation available on PC and remote operation by smartphone.
