Drying kilns
Description
The ICD Junior is a small conventional Incomac kiln fed by a thermal fluid: hot water, superheated water, thermal oil or steam. Heating is provided by bimetallic finned-tube exchangers, while motorised dampers manage the air exchange by expelling the humid air and introducing fresh air into the chamber. This installation suits customers who already have a central heating unit, whose available energy it puts to good use. With a few technical adaptations, it can work at high temperatures, up to 110 °C. Part of the Junior line, it is aimed at operators looking for high-quality drying of small quantities of timber. Its compact size allows installation inside the factory, as an integral part of the production line, and its rail with trolley makes for quick loading.
