Drying kilns
Description
The mac EVO is a condensation timber kiln combined with a heat pump, designed by Incomac to make the most of the refrigeration circuit of the machine. The cold produced is used to condense and then extract the moisture drawn out of the timber, while the recovered heat warms the load and speeds up the evaporation of the water. Drying relies mainly on air recirculation, with air renewal only occurring in certain phases, which sharply limits energy consumption compared with conventional electric heating. The machine runs on R513A, a low-pollution refrigerant gas, and complies with the pressure equipment directive. A Junior version is offered for small capacities of 5, 10 or 20 m³, suited to the careful drying of small volumes and to direct integration into a production line.
