Drying kilns

Description

The mac Junior is the small Incomac condensation kiln fitted with a heat pump, which makes the most of the refrigeration circuit of the machine. The cold produced condenses and extracts the moisture drawn out of the timber, while the recovered heat warms the load and speeds up the evaporation of the water. The process relies mainly on air recirculation, with air renewal only occurring in certain conditions, which translates into notable energy savings compared with conventional electric heating. Part of the Junior line, this installation is designed for high-quality drying of small volumes of timber. Its compact size means it can be installed directly inside the factory, as a link in a production line, and its rail with trolley makes loading simple and quick. It runs on R513A, a low-pollution refrigerant gas.
