Drying kilns
Description
The TAG Junior is a small direct-fired conventional kiln offered by Incomac: the chamber already includes its burner, which avoids installing an external boiler and limits both the initial investment and consumption. Drying follows the traditional principle of a partial exchange between the humid air inside and the outside air, with no direct contact between the combustion and the chamber, a guarantee of safety and of low consumption. When running on gas oil, the burner placed outside heats a combustion chamber connected to stainless steel exchangers which recover the heat and discharge the flue gases at low temperature. With methane gas or LPG, direct-fired burners bring the heat into the chamber while modulating the output to suit the needs of the cycle. The Junior line is aimed at the careful drying of small quantities and fits easily into a production line thanks to its rail and trolley.
