Description

The Bugatool hinge bit is a Forstner-type bit intended for boring the hinge cups of kitchen cabinet doors. It produces a clean, accurate flat-bottomed hole, at the diameter required by the hinge to be recessed, for a flush and lasting fit. Designed for workshop use, it is used on a pillar drill or a driver depending on the depth setting required. Its geometry ensures clean centring and limits surface breakout. A common tool in fitting-out and kitchen installation, it is aimed at joiners and kitchen fitters fitting standard hinges to their carcases.
