Larenn CR4 panel trolley for unloading a vertical rack

Description

The CR4 is a Larenn unloading trolley that allows a single operator to pick up a panel from a vertical storage rack, transport it, and load it onto the vertical saw. Two synthetic rollers, spaced one meter apart and located at the bottom of the mobile frame, engage in the vertical cutting points of the saw; a rack-and-pinion system then places the panel onto the machine base effortlessly. The trolley runs on four 100 mm diameter swivel casters, two of which have locks to immobilize the unit during handling. It is designed as a complement to the RTK 3000 rack and the manufacturer's vertical saws, together forming a panel handling chain that limits loading ports.
