Description

The Leica CET103 is an aluminium rack and pinion tripod: the central column is adjusted by rack and pinion, which makes it possible to set the height of the device once the legs are steady. The useful range runs from 84 cm to 246 cm, enough to cover low setting out as well as transferring a level at height. The legs are locked by quick fasteners and a bubble level makes it possible to check that the head sits true before setting up. The rubber feet are interchangeable, which allows them to be replaced when worn without changing the tripod. At a stated 4.0 kg, it remains portable from one position to another by a single operator.
