Description
The CSX8 is the rugged tablet from Leica Geosystems designed for demanding site environments. Its eight-inch high-visibility display stays readable in bright sunlight, which makes checking surveys outdoors easier. The housing meets the IP67 rating against water and dust and withstands shocks and vibration. The device runs on Android and carries a long-life replaceable battery. For data exchange, it combines Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G to transfer data in real time from the field. The tablet works with a wide range of Leica Geosystems software: project management, field data capture and progress monitoring, and it also suits GIS surveying and measurement. The GHT87 holder makes it possible to mount it and it goes with the iCON Trades iCS20 and iCS50 stations.
