The Leica CTP104D-1 is an aluminium tripod with a domed head, fitted with quick leg adjustment. Its height ranges from 100 to 166 centimetres, a high range that places the instrument above the obstacles found on site. The head takes a 5/8" thread, the size used in particular by rotating lasers. At 4.6 kg, this tripod offers a heavy, stable footing, and is carried using the supplied transport strap. Quick leg adjustment speeds up setup where the working position changes often.
