This magnetic multifunction adapter is intended for the Leica Lino P3 and P5 point laser levels. It provides the link between the instrument and its support: the laser is fixed to it, then the whole is set on a tripod or held on a metal surface by the built-in magnet. Leica presents it as the accessory to combine with a P3 or a P5 to gain flexibility in positioning, in particular where the floor does not allow the device to be set down directly. The stated compatibility is limited to these two models.
