Description

This heavy-build Nedo tripod is provided for levels, site theodolites and rotating lasers. The head and the hinge are aluminium; the head is flat, 140 mm in diameter, and the retaining screw has a 5/8 inch thread, the standard for surveying instruments. The legs are clamped by wing screws, and the Strapless-Go system locks the legs without a closing strap, which simplifies deployment as well as folding. The working height extends from about 1.02 m to about 1.72 m, for a transport length of about 1.10 m and a weight of 4.70 kg. This size intends it for set-ups that call for rigidity rather than for mobile use.
