OHRA automated stacker crane and warehouse management software

Description

OHRA designs automated racking and handling equipment within a single chain of responsibility, from sizing to control software. The stacker cranes are available in several formats: a version for very narrow aisles serving racking up to 20 metres high with a 5-tonne load, a version up to 12 metres as an alternative to a narrow-aisle truck, a high-bay version up to 25 metres for pallets and metal crates, and a double-mast stacker crane dedicated to long products up to 8 metres. The permissible load reaches 8,000 kg, and curvilinear travel allows several aisles to be served with a single machine. The offering also includes TowerMat vertical tower storage, the PickMat system connected to laser cutting machines, and InterMat rotary storage of the paternoster type. The warehouse management software provides ABC classification, FIFO-LIFO, location blocking, and picking optimisation. Switching from semi-automatic to automatic remains possible after installation.
