Description
The SPAX floor screw, WIROX is a SPAX screw designed for laying floors and underlays. On the SPAX floor screw, WIROX, the 60° countersunk head that sits flush with the facing and the T-STAR plus (Torx) recess give firm guidance and screwing without slipping. Driving the SPAX floor screw, WIROX stays clean in wood, with a controlled driving torque to limit breakout at the surface. Thanks to its partial thread, the SPAX floor screw, WIROX pulls two pieces firmly together: the plain shank must at least match the thickness of the piece being fixed for optimal clamping. The zinc-plated WIROX surface of the SPAX floor screw, WIROX gives good corrosion protection for indoor and sheltered applications. The SPAX floor screw, WIROX comes in Ø 3.5/4 mm and in several lengths to cover a wide range of thicknesses to be joined. The SPAX technical documentation for the SPAX floor screw, WIROX includes a European Technical Assessment (ETA), a Declaration of Performance (DoP) and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
