Trio Composite Cladding Board, Narrow Open-Joint Effect, 3200 mm

Description

The Trio profile reproduces a narrow open-joint effect: three slim boards are moulded into a single composite cladding element of 3200 × 210 × 21 mm, of which 191 mm remain visible once the boards are interlocked, for a coverage of 0.61 m² per board. The tighter relief gives a more textured facade than the Duo profile. The board is extruded in France from flax shives and recycled PVC, then printed using Tech.Sture technology in six UV-stable wood finishes: Light Oak, Red Cedar, Teak, Ipe, Natural Oak and Ashen Oak. It is fitted horizontally or vertically on class 2 pine battens of at least 27 mm, fixed over a breather membrane, with a rodent mesh compliant with DTU 41.2; the 3 m boards are best handled by two or three people. Expansion gaps to be allowed for: 10 mm against the corner profiles and 15 mm in front of the end profile, with the screw centred in the slots. The length tolerance is -0/+10 mm.
