This fixing adapter makes it possible to mount a Leica BLK360 3D laser scanner, in the G1 generation as well as the G2, on a standard camera tripod with a 1/4 inch thread. It sits between the tripod head and the scanner, and is intended only for these two models. The accessory avoids investing in a dedicated mount when a camera tripod is already available on site.
