Description

4000 tongue and groove tools LEUCO finds its place on moulders and double-end tenoners. Its field of use covers making tongue and groove joints, with and without open joints, or cutting chamfers in softwoods and hardwoods. Construction features stated: a steel tool body, adjustable with spacer rings, maximum accuracy from the parallel edges of every part, and 3 pins on a 75 mm circle to prevent rotation. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter of 180 mm, bore of 40 mm, cutting width of 35 mm and 6 teeth. Cutting material: high-speed steel (HS) and carbide (HW). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: when ordering, state the direction of rotation, the feed direction and the item according to diagrams I, II, III or IV; we will supply the product to diagram I if you give no indication when ordering, and it is also available in HW carbide at extra cost.
