Description
DIAMAX edge flush trim cutters, Profiling cutters are intended for HOLZ-HER edge banding machines with the FR701 Multi unit. They are used for rounding, chamfering and flush trimming edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, airStream-System and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: chip capture rate increased thanks to the airStream-System, less machine cleaning due to chips, fewer malfunctions due to chips, and reduced extraction power. This range covers 10 versions: outside diameter from 70.9 to 71 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width of 8 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: no sharpening provided for, constant basic dimensions and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
