Description

DP high-performance shank cutter LEUCO is designed for use on CNC machines and intended especially for working composites (e.g. Trespa®, Corian®, Varicor®, LG-HiMacs, etc.). Its field of application covers facing or sizing, without recutting marks, of solid wood and wood-based materials. Stated design features: high-performance tool for pre-routing and finish routing, Ø D = 8 mm - Ø D = 10 mm tool body in VHW, Ø D > 10 mm tool body in steel and with alternating axial angle. The series comprises 8 versions: outside diameter from 8 to 16 mm, shank from 10 to 20 mm, overall length from 65 to 80 mm and number of teeth from 1 to 3. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: mounting: ps-System, TRIBOS, collet chuck, shrink-fit chuck and Ø D > 10 mm with thread for length adjusting screw.
