Description

DP DIAMAX LowNoise jointing cutters LEUCO finds its place on throughfeed machines. Its field of use covers quiet, breakout-free jointing of melamine-faced, paper and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based panels. Construction features stated: symmetrical and asymmetrical versions, left- and right-hand use, a swept axial angle, and cutting edges arranged helically. Stated strong points: optimal edge bonding, and optimised airflow and noise. The range comes in 7 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 150 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 34 to 63 mm and from 3 to 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
