Description

This tunnel dries applied coatings using infrared radiation, with short- or medium-wave emission depending on the nature of the product and the film thickness. Power is adjusted proportionally, allowing fine tuning of the energy input without changing the station’s mechanical configuration. Reflective surfaces redirect the radiation toward the part and ensure uniform distribution, including on profiles. Fans provide emitter cooling and distribute heat within the enclosure. The equipment is installed on an existing finishing line, upstream or downstream of a ventilated tunnel, to speed up film setting before handling. Finiture sizes it according to the conveyor rate and the type of product, whether water-based or solvent-based, applied upstream.
