Finiture

Finiture is an Italian manufacturer of custom-made finishing lines for the woodworking industry. Based in Villatora di Saonara, in the province of Padua (Veneto, Northern Italy), the company was founded in the 1950s by Marco Sedino under the name Mizar, before adopting the Finiture brand in the early 1980s. It is now run by Giovanni Sedino, the founder's son, who has built a team of designers, technicians and wood specialists. Exports account for more than 90% of its business, with customers in Europe, Asia and North America. The company designs, manufactures and installs complete finishing systems, integrated directly into its customers' production lines. Its expertise covers the entire process, from product application to drying, through to handling and assembly. It mainly serves the windows and doors, furniture and chairs sectors, as well as cross-laminated timber (CLT) structures. The range includes robotic systems (anthropomorphic and Cartesian robots), application and impregnation machines, overhead and floor conveyors, as well as drying solutions: ventilated tunnels with hot air or dehumidification, halogen and infrared radiant systems, and drying chambers. Finiture also offers spray booths (dry, water curtain, pressurized), process water treatment equipment, and handling, screwing, glazing, assembly and packaging lines. All systems are developed to order. The company has a test center equipped with application and spray technologies, and provides after-sales support in four languages (Italian, English, German, French).
