Description

SAV reciprocating sprayers automate the spraying of two-dimensional items: panels, doors, worktops and flat parts travelling on a conveyor. Finiture configures them as a single or double reciprocator line, with conventional spray guns or high-rotation-speed atomisers. Several independent circuits allow a quick product changeover, while a separate washing circuit handles the cleaning. A pneumatic pump maintains uniform pressure and flow across the full application width. An optical reader detects the parts as they pass and restricts spraying to their actual footprint, which reduces consumption. Overspray recovery systems complete the installation, and an electrostatic version is available to cut product losses further. The equipment integrates with the same manufacturer's existing finishing lines.
