Description

The Superjet Plus takes up the dynamic impregnation principle of the Superjet and adds centralised management by programmable logic controller. The operator programs complete working cycles that run through pre-wash, wash, colour change and waste water discharge, with no manual intervention in between. Application is by the EQ spray system fed by a pneumatic pump. As on the base version, the hydraulic circuit allows the machine to be drained completely and the Teflon applied to the walls makes maintenance easier; the housing and partitions keep the product inside the machine. Colour changes and washing sequences are automated, which shortens the downtime between two batches. This version suits workshops that frequently alternate colours or product families on a single finishing line.
