Description

The Superjet is a dynamic impregnation machine designed to treat parts in motion, carried on a conveyor. Application relies on the EQ spray system, which spreads the product evenly over the whole surface, edges and recesses included. A pneumatic pump provides a continuous feed. The hydraulic circuit has been designed to allow the machine to be drained completely, an essential operation when changing product or shutting down for a long period. The interior is given a Teflon coating that limits residue adhesion and simplifies cleaning. The structure and the partitions are designed to prevent any product escaping from the enclosure.
