Finiture halogen radiation drying tunnel

Description

This drying tunnel uses short-wave halogen radiation, the energy of which is absorbed directly by the applied coating. It is made up of modules equipped with four or six halogen lamps, making it possible to size the installed power according to the pass-through length and the product used. Reflective surfaces concentrate the energy on the part and even out its distribution, a condition for uniform drying on non-flat shapes. Air recirculation fans complete the system by extracting solvents and preventing hot spots. The structure is offered in a fixed version, integrated into a line, or in a mobile version when the drying station needs to be moved from one production site to another. Finiture commonly pairs it with its finishing booths and conveyors.
