What is white chipboard? Definition 

A white chipboard panel is an engineered wood panel made of wood particles (usually softwood chips) bonded under high pressure and heat with a synthetic binder (usually urea-formaldehyde resin). The panel surface is then covered with white decor paper impregnated with melamine resin.
