ISPM-15 BIGonDRY heat treatment installation

Description

BIGonDRY offers compact installations dedicated to ISPM-15 phytosanitary heat treatment for pallets and wooden packaging. They are based on direct heating, which avoids the need for a boiler and associated plumbing, with very high-efficiency heat-exchange circuits, up to 95-98%, powered by conventional fuels such as gas and diesel. Designed to optimize consumption and reduce investment and operating costs, these cells are available in static or dynamic versions, with front loading or on a trolley, to streamline loading and unloading on very short cycles. The treatment follows the ISPM-15 standard, i.e., maintaining a core temperature of 56 °C for thirty minutes, controlled by dedicated software that records the data and outputs it as graphs compliant with regulations. A calibration test bench for temperature probes completes the package, with a certified thermometer and PT100 probe.
